BS, Accounting, Finance, with 10+ years of strong Revenue Cycle Management leadership in general acute care setting. Must have strong accomplishments and steady work history. Director exp. of at least 6+ years. MUST have general acute care hospital experience in Revenue Cycle Management. Director of Revenue Cycle Management --hospital Revenue, Billing, A/R, A/P, collections, Physician Clinic Accounting and Billing, etc. Organization has over 500+ providers and will have over 80+ FTE's. Provides strategic leadership for all revenue cycle processes and is responsible for billing, collection, and coding policies, processes and performance. Ensures customer needs are in the forefront and are identified, monitored, and practices modified to maximize customer satisfaction and optimal reimbursement.
