About the Role:

Crestview Physical and Aquatic Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join their growing team in Crestview, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives through innovative physical and aquatic therapy treatments. Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain

Administer physical and aquatic therapy treatments, exercises, and manual therapy techniques

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Utilize aquatic therapy modalities to support rehabilitation for a diverse patient population

Requirements:

Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Experience with aquatic therapy or willingness to train in aquatic rehabilitation techniques

Strong knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation
