Job description

Maintaining advanced large private and commercial saltwater living reef aquariums. You will work out of a 5000 square foot facility specifically designed to support a thriving saltwater maintenance company. You will be supplied with everything you will need to successfully maintain advanced living reef aquariums. You will be supplied with a company vehicle as well as all the tools needed. Staff that has completed the 90 day introductory period is allowed to take the company vehicle home. We have small commercial vans for routine maintenance and large commercial vans for completing water changes. You will not be carrying buckets of water! We have designed the service to utilize equipment that has eliminated the need to carry buckets of water. We are a true team that helps one another when we run into challenges in our aquariums. We have a tiered paid time off package based on the number of years staff has worked for us. We generally do not work on weekends or evenings. Staff arrives to our shop at 7am and is typically done by 3pm. We take all standard holidays off. New hires will get 10 additional paid days off the first year. We pay in addition to your salary $100/ month towards your cell phone bill. Most of our staff members over the years acquire an aquarium at next to nothing and all dry goods you will be able to purchase at cost. Our staff also has access to amazing fish and corals for their own aquariums. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF PERSONAL OR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH SALTWATER AQUARIUMS.
