Kinsley Steel's Ironworker Apprenticeship Program teaches essential ironworking skills and standards needed for the industry. Our company's innovation and commitment to providing growth for our employees has led to the development of this program for apprentices to gain hands-on experience and ongoing training in the trades. 3-Year Apprenticeship Program:

The Ironworker Apprenticeship Program offers you the skills you need to become a craftsperson, earning a certified Journeyman status. You'll build your skills by working on various types of commercial construction projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening
  • Ability to pass basic reading and math testing
  • Ability to travel to various job sites and out of town work
  • Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Punctuality and dependability are required
