Position Summary

The Marketing and Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, support business development, and attract skilled talent for our commercial HVAC and plumbing operations. This role integrates strategic marketing, content development, market research, digital and social channels, and field-driven storytelling, while partnering closely with operations, sales, human resources, and talent acquisition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business priorities, projects, company culture, and recruiting needs
  • Create engaging content including jobsite photos and videos, short‑form video, employee spotlights, safety highlights, and project features
  • Manage and maintain the company website to ensure current, accurate, and on‑brand content
  • Partner closely with HR to maintain brand consistency across the talent management system, recruiting materials, and candidate-facing communications
  • Ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints including digital platforms, proposals, presentations, signage, and marketing collateral
  • Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and uphold a consistent, professional brand voice

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Execute marketing strategies that support commercial project acquisition and brand visibility in the Phoenix and Texas markets
  • Ensure consistent branding across digital platforms, proposals, presentations, signage, and collateral
  • Maintain and update company website content (project highlights, services, careers pages)
  • Coordinate with external vendors (web, video, design, photography) as needed

Recruiting & Workforce Marketing

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Operations to support recruitment marketing efforts
  • Promote careers, apprenticeship programs, and company culture through digital campaigns and job‑site content
  • Support job fairs, trade school outreach, and workforce events with promotional materials and on‑site support

Content Creation & Field Engagement

  • Visit job sites to capture authentic content highlighting craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork
  • Translate technical HVAC and plumbing projects into audience‑friendly marketing stories
  • Develop internal communications content to support employee engagement and culture

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, website traffic, and lead generation
  • Use insights to continuously improve content strategy and audience targeting
  • Manage marketing calendar, budgets, and deadlines
  • Coordinate with external vendors such as web developers, designers, photographers, and videographers as needed
  • Coordinate and support events, meetings, conferences and company events

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or digital communications
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Experience creating content for service‑based, construction, or skilled‑trades industries
  • Strong content creation skills (photo, video, short‑form social content)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently and collaboratively in a face-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and social media platforms
  • Comfortable working in office, job site, and field environments

Preferred

  • Experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, construction, or industrial services
  • Familiarity with recruitment or employer‑branding campaigns
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
