Precision Garage Door Service – Warehouse Associate / Installer Apprentice

Full-Time | M-F

Precision Garage Door Service is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate / Installer Apprentice. This is a unique hybrid role that combines warehouse operations and field installation work, offering consistent hours, hands-on experience, and additional earning potential.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in staying organized, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys both warehouse responsibilities and working in the field. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to contribute to a company that values professionalism, customer service, and growth.

Position Overview

This role begins each morning in the warehouse preparing installers/technicians and trucks for the day ahead. Responsibilities include organizing inventory, stocking materials, maintaining warehouse efficiency, and ensuring the field team has everything needed to complete jobs successfully.

Warehouse Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations and maintain organization
  • Receive, organize, and track incoming inventory and materials
  • Stock installer trucks with parts, tools, and job materials each morning
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and report shortages
  • Keep warehouse clean, safe, and operational at all times
  • Assist with loading and unloading products and deliveries
  • Support technicians and installers with job preparation
  • Ensure materials and equipment are ready for daily operations
  • Help maintain company standards for efficiency and safety
  • Other duties as assigned

Installation Responsibilities

  • Support the Installation of garage doors and related components according to company standards
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Provide excellent customer service during installations
  • Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
  • Maintain professionalism while representing the company in customers’ homes
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding job progress
  • Other duties as assigned

Compensation

  • $19-$21 per hour
