About This Role
Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is seeking motivated EL06 Apprentice Electricians who are eager to grow their careers, learn from experienced electricians, and be part of a loyal, team-oriented company.
This role is ideal for someone with a construction background and basic tool knowledge who is excited to gain hands-on electrical experience across a wide variety of projects. Work will primarily be based in Redmond, WA and surrounding areas.
Our projects include tenant improvements, new construction, service upgrades, and more, across both private and public works.
What We Are Looking For
  • Electrical Trainee License (Required)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Required)
  • Experience installing low voltage electrical systems, including data and fiber, access controls, surveillance, security/intrusion detection, etc.
  • Basic understanding of hand and power tools
  • Ability to work with your hands
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the trade

What You Will Do
  • Assist electricians and low voltage technicians with installation, repairs, and maintenance
  • Learn and apply electrical codes, safety standards, and company best practices
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other trades
  • Follow direction while also developing the ability to work independently

Compensation
