The Opportunity

You will serve as a high-impact field leader, directing the precision installation and relocation of heavy industrial assets for a company with nearly a century of excellence. This role empowers you to manage complex rigging logistics while mentoring crews in a supportive, family-owned environment. You will bridge the gap between technical blueprints and successful project completion, ensuring the highest standards of safety and mechanical accuracy.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Supervise and mentor millwright and rigging crews to ensure high-quality delivery on all industrial job sites.

  • Coordinate complex daily logistics, manpower, and project timelines to maintain strict schedule adherence.
