- Minimum of 20 clients a week (25 office hours)
- Weekend availability (for the first year of employment, therapists work at least one weekend "shift" (Friday 3-8, Sat/Sun 10-1 or 1-5pm)
- Experience with counseling -life experience & personal experience with counseling (a plus)
- Paneled with BCBS, UnitedHealthCare, Humana, Aetna (a plus)
