Description: 

Liberty Mechanical is seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while following all safety and plumbing code requirements.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Supervise and lead a team of plumbers on installation, repair, and service project 
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily job site activities 
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards 
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications 
  • Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide effective solutions 
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed 
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction 
  • Train and mentor apprentice and junior plumbers 
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience, with leadership or foreman experience preferred 
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and local plumbing codes 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects 
  • Valid plumbing license or certification, as required by local regulations 
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
