Job description

McKeever RV & Marine a family-owned company in Sweetwater Tennessee and is looking for a quality, experienced certified and non-certified RV technicians and apprentice technicians and marine technicians. Each technician has their own tablet to make managing your own work easier. We have a huge parts inventory to support our shop as well as a retail store.

We run our business to create a friendly family environment where our staff loves coming to. If you're tired of Corporate America then come and check us out. We have two company outings per year that are 100% company paid, our spring outing is at the racetrack.

Certified Technicians:

*3 years or more of RV service experience

*Strong diagnostic abilities

*Have a strong knowledge of manufactures requirements for warranty

*Be able to mentor apprentice technicians

Non-Certified Technicians:

*1 year or more of RV service experience

*Diagnostic abilities

*Good working knowledge of a RV

Appendance technicians:

*Basic mechanical aptitude

*Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical and carpentry

*Basic math skills

*Willingness to learn

Requirements:

* Must be dependable

*Basic computer knowledge

*Strong customer relations

*Ability to follow company policies and procedures

*Strong work ethic
