Licensed Plumber
Purpose:
The Licensed Plumber is responsible for independently managing the installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection of plumbing systems, including water, gas, and drainage lines. Work must adhere to applicable building codes and project specifications. This role also includes providing on-site direction and training to apprentice plumbers with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead plumbing projects, coordinate work crews, and provide mentorship to apprentices
  • Install, diagnose, and maintain plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with all safety and code standards
  • Identify potential safety issues and take corrective action to maintain a safe job site
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans; follow direction from supervisors and contractors
  • Prepare and complete required quality assurance documentation
  • Utilize sound decision-making skills to resolve on-site challenges without compromising quality or timelines

Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of practical plumbing experience
  • Active residential or journeyman plumbing license from a recognized State Licensing Board
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
