Job description

Apprentice Plumber is needed. Heimes Corporation is seeking qualified personnel to assist the plumbing division with primarily commercial work. Heimes Corporation is a construction company based out of Omaha, Nebraska. Heimes Corp. provides a wide range of services including but not limited to: Excavating, Underground Utilities, Recycled Concrete, Plumbing, Directional Drilling, Underground Storage Tanks, Wrecking, Transportation, and Hazardous Materials Cleanup/Hauling (ESI).
Applicants must be willing to begin plumbing apprentice program. Commercial plumbing and drain cleaning experience is helpful. Will be assisting journeyman plumbers in all things related to plumbing. Shovel, cut pipe, install pipe, break out concrete, using power tools.
Experience operating smaller equipment such as a backhoe or mini excavator is beneficial as well, but not required. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and abide by DOT regulations. Zero tolerance policy for cell phone use while behind the wheel (including hands free devices).
We utilize the E-Verify system for employment eligibility. For construction safety reasons applicant must speak and understand the English language. Pay varies based on experience.
