  • Primary Responsibilities: The Plumbers Apprentice position will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and ensure desired positive results. You will travel to customers homes & businesses while being trained by a Master Plumber to diagnose & troubleshoot plumbing systems, repairs, whole home repipes, etc.

What you will Do:
  • A service call begins with diagnosing problems then providing cost estimates to close the sale.
  • You will be trained by a Master Plumber to diagnose & troubleshoot all typed of plumbing systems, water heaters, repipes, repairs, all fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, toilets etc.), and drain cleaning for commercial and residential customers.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
  • Keeps plumbing equipment and tools operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures
  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
What you Need:
  • A mechanical aptitude is (required)
  • Prior plumbing experience (highly desired).
  • Having your own hand tools (desired, note required), if not you will start collecting tools before you are out on your own.
  • Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
  • Team oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, coachable and willingness to grow
  • Attention to detail, diligent and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Valid drivers license and ability to meet auto insurance guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle
