Job description

Want to learn a real trade and get paid while you do it? Rogall + Co. is hiring Apprentice Painters on California's Central Coast — no experience required. If you're dependable, willing to work with your hands, and want a career instead of just a job, we'll teach you the rest.


Since 2004, Rogall + Co. has protected coastal homes in and around Morro Bay through expert paint and wood restoration. As an apprentice, you'll learn from experienced craftspeople and build skills that last a lifetime.


What you'll do

  • Prep surfaces — sanding, scraping, masking, and cleaning — so coatings last
  • Help apply primers, paints, and protective coatings on homes
  • Set up and break down jobsites safely and keep them clean
  • Learn our proven process for defending Central Coast homes from sun, salt, and weather
  • Support the crew and grow toward becoming a full Painter

What we're looking for

  • No painting experience necessary — a strong work ethic matters most
  • Reliable, on time, and coachable
  • Comfortable with physical, outdoor work and being on a ladder
  • Able to lift and carry more than 50 lbs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Available for daytime jobsite hours, Monday–Friday
