Job Description
SUMMARY
The Blender Apprentice will accurately record temperature, times, and lot numbers of raw materials and quantities on batch sheet.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Follow all documented procedures related to manufacturing grease/oils.
  • Maintain proper operation and maintenance of mixing and blending equipment.
  • Quality testing on grease products (penetrations, drop points)
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area (sweeping, dusting, and mopping)
  • Assist in counting physical inventory.
  • Be aware of and follow all safety protocol including personal protection equipment requirements.
  • Must be licensed forklift truck operator. Or get certification upon hire.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Cleaning, oil sampling, completing paperwork, maintain production, load and unload trucks, begin to blend with supervision and operate forklift. Understands all EHS requirements for safety and spill prevention.
