Role Description This full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Technician role is based in Goshen, CT. The technician will install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including oil- and gas-fired equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing system diagnostics, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. The role involves responding to service calls, completing accurate service documentation, following safety and environmental regulations, and communicating clearly with customers about work performed and recommended solutions. Qualifications
