Responsibilities
The Senior Landscape Architect will work collaboratively in a team setting on the development of conceptual designs, the production of construction and permit drawings as well as on-site construction administration. Projects will include a wide range of landscape projects including land development, commercial and resort design, streetscapes, parks, and entry features as well as federal, state and local government projects.
Client Management
  • Attend scoping meetings with clients
  • Prepare fee proposals
  • Client coordination
  • Review project billing

Project Management
  • Provide design/technical guidance to Designers and Project Managers and oversee the development of design packages including:
    • Landscape Plans
    • Irrigation Plans
    • Hardscape Plans
    • Site Amenity Plans
  • Prepare detailed opinion of construction cost estimates
  • Review Inspection reports
  • Provide quality control reviews of work products

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
  • Minimum 15 years' related experience with current licensure
  • Must understand the relationship between design and constructability
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
