Primary Responsibilities:

Vehicle Cleaning & Preparation:

  • Operate the automatic car wash system to clean customer vehicles.
  • Perform quick interior cleaning, including wiping down the dashboard, door panels, and center console.
  • Vacuum carpets and seats to maintain a clean interior.
  • Clean and shine rims to enhance the vehicle’s appearance.
  • Wash vehicles and floor mats as required.

Quality & Efficiency:

  • Ensure all cleaning and detailing tasks are completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Perform cleanup operations efficiently and in a timely manner.

Customer & Dealership Support:

  • Safely bring customer vehicles to the service delivery area after cleaning.
  • Assist customers and provide shuttle rides when requested by the Service Manager, Service Advisors, or support staff.

General Dealership Assistance:

  • Support the snow crew with snow removal duties when needed.
  • Assist with window tint removal as required.
  • Help technicians with various duties as assigned by management.
  • Perform general tasks and dealership support duties as requested.

Safe Driving & Vehicle Handling:

  • Operate all vehicles safely, following traffic rules and road conditions.
  • Maintain a professional and careful approach while handling customer and dealership vehicles.
