Job Responsibilities

As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while following dealership and manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform repairs efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns
  • Perform digital vehicle inspections and document recommendations
  • Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and management
  • Work closely with the parts department to obtain required parts
  • Road test vehicles as necessary to verify repairs
  • Document all work performed and recommendations accurately on repair orders
  • Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and certification courses
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Assist and mentor apprentice technicians when applicable
