Job description

Job Summary: Performs repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained.
 
Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities and equipment
  • Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and resolve issues
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns regarding maintenance
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
  • Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks in a timely manner
  • Be available for evening shifts and occasional weekend work
 
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • Hospitality experience preferred
  • Completion of a craft apprenticeship or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience preferred
  • An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
