Job description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Siding Installer to join our team at a leading modular housing manufacturer. As an Installer, you will be responsible for the siding installation and maintenance of our high-quality modular structures. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a controlled environment with innovative building techniques that contribute to sustainable and efficient housing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
  • Installation of metal Roofing and Siding: Accurately measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials including vinyl, steel, wood, and fiber cement on modular structures and various types of roofing materials including architectural asphalt shingles and metal roofing on modular structures.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of siding installations to ensure adherence to company standards and building codes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other tradespeople, such as framers to ensure seamless integration of siding with other building components.
  • Safety Practices: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during the installation process.
  • Ensure precision and accuracy in all work, maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
