Job description

Plumbing Apprentice – Career Growth Opportunity
$19–$23/hour | Monday–Friday | Suwanee, GA

Aaron Services: Plumbing, Heating, Cooling is hiring a full-time Plumbing Apprentice to join our team in Suwanee, GA.
We're looking for someone who has gotten a start in the plumbing trade and wants to keep learning. About 6 months to 1 year of plumbing helper or apprentice experience is preferred. That might mean you've worked alongside a plumber, helped with installations and repairs, used basic plumbing tools, or simply spent enough time in the field to know that plumbing is the career you want to pursue.
We're also willing to consider someone with less experience who has an outstanding work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and attitude.
We want to help you build on what you've already learned, develop real plumbing skills, and grow into a skilled plumber. As your abilities grow, so will your responsibilities and pay.
What You'll Do & Learn
You'll work alongside experienced plumbing professionals on residential and commercial plumbing jobs, including:
  • Plumbing service, repair, and installation
  • Water heater installation
  • Water and sewer line repairs and replacements
  • Using plumbing tools and equipment properly
  • Assisting with diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Jobsite preparation and cleanup
  • Learning plumbing codes and proper installation practices
  • Developing the skills to take on more work independently
Who We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of plumbing helper or apprentice experience and is ready to learn more.
We're looking for someone who:
  • Is mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
  • Enjoys physical, hands-on work
  • Shows up on time and can be counted on
  • Takes pride in doing a job correctly
  • Listens, learns, and takes direction well
  • Works efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Has a positive attitude and works well with a team
  • Wants to build a long-term career in plumbing
Experience towing trailers, operating equipment, digging, construction, or other skilled trades is a plus.
Have less plumbing experience? Don't automatically count yourself out. We're willing to train the right person if you have a strong work ethic, mechanical ability, and a genuine interest in building a career in plumbing.
Pay & Career Growth
Starting pay: $19–$23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. This is a starting point with room to advance quickly based on your performance.
As you learn new skills and advance through our apprentice levels, your pay increases along with your responsibilities. Our goal is to give you the training and field experience to continue progressing toward becoming a skilled, licensed plumber with strong long-term earning potential.
Schedule & Benefits
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position, generally during standard business hours.
Benefits include:
  • Weekly pay
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance available
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off
  • Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance
  • Company-provided gym membership
  • Training and advancement opportunities
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to perform the physical work required in the plumbing trade
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn, take direction, and improve
