As a Gas Fitter Journeyman, you are responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting temporary heating solutions. You'll be instrumental to the success of our branch by ensuring that we are providing high quality and safe equipment to our customers.

Like every member of our team, we will rely on you to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. What you'll do: Install, troubleshoot, service and perform repairs on construction heaters & related heating equipment both in the shop and on customer job sites Perform all work according to our Safety program at all times Develop apprentice Gasfitters if required Work as part of a team to achieve our corporate and branch goals Drive to and from construction/client sites on a regular basis in a safe manner Other duties assigned as needed Requirements: Must be an 'A' ticket Gasfitter Mechanically Inclined Experience working with propane is a plus Strong trouble shooting experience and a desire to solve complex problems Adaptable to working independently as well as part of a cohesive team Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Must be comfortable working outdoors in any weather Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals' policies and procedures.
