Job description

American Sign & Lighting is looking for experienced electricians who want steady work, strong weekly pay, and long-term growth opportunities.

This is a field-based role for electricians who are comfortable working independently, troubleshooting electrical systems, and handling service calls across multiple job sites.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and lighting systems
  • Install and maintain electrical equipment
  • Handle service calls across different job sites
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
COMPENSATION:
  • $1,100 weekly base pay
  • 15% bonus on work orders
  • Typical weekly earnings: $1,400–$2,200+ depending on performance
  • Additional earning opportunities available
SCHEDULE:
  • Monday–Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Report to Milford shop at 6:45 AM
  • Field work throughout the day
  • Opportunity for overtime and weekend work
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
  • Outdoor work environment
  • Bucket truck work provided
  • Technicians provide their own hand tools
  • Emergency service rotation available
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Licensed Electrician (Journeyman preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong troubleshooting experience
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Must be located within reasonable distance of Milford, DE
