  • Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit, including EMT and other raceway systems, under supervision.
  • Pull wire and cable, label materials, and assist with terminations as assigned.
  • Read basic blueprints, electrical plans, and schematics with guidance from senior field personnel.
  • Support troubleshooting of electrical controls, equipment, and systems while learning safe diagnostic procedures.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas to support job-site safety and efficient operations.
  • Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, testing equipment, and required personal protective equipment.
  • Communicate material needs, project progress, and field concerns to the Foreman and team.
  • Follow all company safety policies, job-site rules, and technical instructions.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of related electrical, construction, commercial, or industrial field experience.

  • Reliable transportation to Mesa-area and Valley job sites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, device installation, lighting, and commercial electrical rough-in.
  • Familiarity with commercial or industrial power-distribution systems.
  • Ability to read and understand basic electrical blueprints and schematics.
  • Enrollment in, completion of, or willingness to pursue an electrical apprenticeship program.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $22–$26 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability.
  • Weekly pay cycle.
  • Consistent opportunities for overtime, based on project needs.
  • Performance-based bonuses and pay-for-performance incentives.
  • Comprehensive medical and dental insurance plans.
  • Paid Time Off, including holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
  • Professional uniforms provided by the company.
  • Ongoing hands-on training and career-growth opportunities.
