Queens local 363 electrical contractor seeks 2 Foreman for their growing NYC work. Union role.

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electricians and apprentices.
  • Plan, assign, and prioritize work to meet project schedules and deadlines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial, industrial, or residential electrical systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
  • Inspect completed work to verify quality and compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and other trades.
  • Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for projects.
  • Monitor labor productivity and control job costs.
  • Conduct safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices.
