Job description

As an Advanced Engineer Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced engineering support for various projects and initiatives. You will work alongside a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of engineering support activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions.


You will report directly to our Sr Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Boyne City, MI or Freeport, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule.


In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering support operations by providing guidance to resolve complex customer issues and driving improvements in our support processes.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 2 or more years of engineering support experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with quality management systems and engineering support tools to ensure compliance and efficiency

The annual base salary range for this position is $94,400.00 - $118,200.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Support a team of engineers to provide advanced engineering support for projects throughout the product lifecycle
Manage all aspects of configuration control
Technical report writing
Lead all NPI related export compliance adherence and licensing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
Ensure adherence to process quality standards and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency
