Job description

Job Description:
About Kaleris
Kaleris is a private equity-backed software company focused on supply chain execution, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We provide solutions that help industrial and finished goods shippers and carriers operate more efficiently across yard management, shipment visibility, and asset management in rail, truck, and multi-modal transportation.
Our customers include some of the world's largest port operators and logistics networks.
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, curious student assistant/ Apprentice/Intern to join our Revenue Operations team for Summer 2026. This is not a typical internship; you'll work on initiatives that directly impact how we manage and grow revenue.
You'll be embedded in a fast-paced RevOps environment, partnering with experienced operators on high-priority projects across data quality, process design, and automation.
What You'll Work On
  • Analyze and improve CRM data in Salesforce, focusing on lead source attribution, lead records, and overall data quality
  • Document and help redesign lead flow processes, including researching Salesforce best practices
  • Research and evaluate AI and automation tools for Revenue Operations, with an emphasis on practical, real-world application
  • Support contract and workflow automation initiatives as capacity allows
What We're Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or go-to-market strategy
  • Comfortable working with structured data and using it to draw insights
  • Familiarity with CRM concepts (Salesforce experience is a plus, not required)
  • Curious about AI and automation-not just conceptually, but how they improve real workflows
  • Clear and effective communicator (written and verbal)
  • Self-starter who can take ownership of projects with minimal direction

The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time or the scope of the position may change necessary to business demands.
We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at Kaleris. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
Kaleris is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
