Job description:
Re-Bath is looking for an Apprentice Bathroom Installer/Remodeler to join our production team. Help transform residential bathrooms with hands-on plumbing, light construction, and great customer service. In this role, you'll work with a lead to handle the full installation process for bathroom remodels, from demo through finish work, delivering high-quality craftsmanship on every job.
 
Essential Job Skills:
  • Assist lead installers with demolition, installation, and finish work 
  • Learn carpentry and plumbing basics on the job 
  • Help with material prep, transport, and job site setup/cleanup 
  • Provide friendly, professional support to customers on site 
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace 
  • Build skills toward becoming a lead installer 
Qualifications: 
  •  Prior experience in plumbing, carpentry, or remodeling preferred, but not required
  • Interest in plumbing, carpentry, or construction 
  • Physically able to lift 50+ IBS and work in tight spaces
  • Reliable, punctual, and coachable attitude 
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Be willing to follow company policies and procedures
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
