WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work alongside licensed plumbing installers on residential installation jobs
  • Assist with loading, staging, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment on-site
  • Support layout, prep, and execution of water, drain, waste, vent, and fixture installs
  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized — Goettl's standard is picture-perfect
  • Document your work through iAuditor and ServiceTitan at job completion
  • Communicate clearly with the lead installer and field supervisor throughout the day
  • Complete coursework and training milestones in the Goettl Academy Career Playbook

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn residential plumbing installation
  • Ability to take direction and work effectively under a licensed installer
  • Comfortable working in a customer's home — professional, respectful, and on point
  • Basic familiarity with hand tools and job site safety
  • Clean driving record for the last two years + valid driver's license
  • OSHA-10 certification (or willingness to obtain — we support this)
  • Able to pass background and drug screen upon offer
  • Prior experience in plumbing, construction, or the trades is a plus — but not required
