The Role: We are looking for a hungry, reliable Construction Apprentice who wants to learn the trades from the ground up. You will be working alongside master carpenters and specialized technicians on high-end remodels and siding installations. Jobsites in Aptos, Santa Cruz Mountains, San Lorenzo Valley, and South Bay. Our office is in Boulder Creek, CA 95006.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist lead carpenters and project managers with daily site tasks.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
  • Handle material staging, loading, and unloading.
  • Learn basic framing, finish work, and siding installations.

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn the construction trade.
  • Reliable transportation capable of reaching job sites across the region.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor safely.
  • Basic understanding of hand and power tools is a plus.
