Job description

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of surveying experience, along with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project accuracy through land surveying, construction layout, and precision measurements across a variety of projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Perform field surveys and construction staking to support accurate project execution
Operate surveying instruments and software to collect, process, and analyze data
Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
Establish elevation points, boundary lines, and control markers for construction crews
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations
Maintain accurate and organized survey records and documentation
Coordinate closely with engineers, project managers, and construction teams
 
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in construction surveying
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Proficiency with Leica surveying equipment (GPS, total stations, levels, etc.)
Strong understanding of construction documents, grading, and site layout procedures
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
