Operations Apprentice | Build Your Career in Live Event Production
Entertainment Technology Partners (ETP), in support of LMG, is seeking an Operations Apprentice to participate in a structured, state-approved apprenticeship program designed to develop the next generation of live event and warehouse operations professionals. This role combines hands-on training with related technical instruction to build skills in audiovisual equipment handling, logistics, inventory management, and production support.

As an Operations Apprentice, you will actively train across warehouse and production workflows while building foundational and advanced operational skills.
Structured Skill Development - Progress through a registered apprenticeship program with defined competencies in warehouse operations, logistics, and production support
Equipment Handling & Training - Learn safe handling, staging, loading, and unloading of professional AV equipment under supervision
Show Preparation Support - Assist with pull lists, manifests, and show documentation while learning production workflows
Inventory Systems & Accuracy - Train on scanning, tracking, and maintaining inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems
Equipment Returns & Organization - Learn proper equipment returns, storage procedures, and warehouse organization standards
Logistics & Freight Support - Gain experience in truck loading, receiving, verification, and shipment preparation
Cross-Department Exposure - Rotate through key operational areas including QC, logistics, and technical departments
