Job description

Bretz RV & Marine looking to grow their technician programs by hiring motivated individuals who want to be a part of the top growing careers in the country.  RV Technician was recently published to be the #3 fastest growing career in the United States.
We are currently seeking to hire RV Technician Trainees who live in the Missoula, MT area. We will provide all the necessary training to become a Certified RV technician. Our Service Technicians are responsible for preparing RVs for sale, installing accessories, and repairing mechanical systems when they fail. In this position you will work directly with senior level technicians, service advisors, parts team members and other co-workers to learn and grow in this career.

Qualifications

Experience (any two items from the list below and we teach the rest):

  • 2 years high school shop class
  • 2 years of experience working on / repairing automobiles (home or business)
  • Basic understanding of 12V electrical (car audio, equipment, tractors, automobiles, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of 110V electrical (residential or commercial)
  • Basic ability in welding / fabrication
  • Basic understanding of small engines
  • Basic ability in construction / carpentry
  • Basic ability in plumbing
  • Basic ability in automotive accessory install

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent, technical college degree preferred

Compensation

  • $18+ to start with earning potential of $30-$40 after training 

Requirements

  • Provide a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
  • 18 years of age or older
Physical Requirements
  • Be able to stand, walk or crouch for extended periods of time
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling frequently
  • Must be able to climb ladders

  • A technician uniform shirt will be provided
