Turning Point Beauty College is looking for a qualified AESTHETICS INSTRUCTOR to add to our work family. We would like our educator to not just be looking for a job but an opportunity to make a difference in someones life! We are looking for Instructors who love the industry and enjoy being able to give their knowledge and talent to inspire and to teach others. We love our Instructors to be able to be professional while making the teaching environment positive, fun and motivating.
We are hiring multiple positions. These positions vary in times and availability. We love to hire professionals who are currently working in a salon or spa and are looking for some extra money and want a meaningful career.
We strive to provide the best education in the industry by ensuring every student receives consistent high quality information and training during every interaction. In this role you will help ensure our students receive the best education in the industry by providing a quality educational environment which encourages our students to reach their fullest potential by meeting or exceeding our educational standards. 
We offer:
  • Full Time Positions: Monday through Friday from 8am to 3pm
  • Part Time Positions: Monday through Friday from 8am to 1pm
  • Part Time Positions: Substitute teaching/ On-call

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities of the Nail Instructor include, but are not limited to:
  • Teaching engaging lessons, using hands-on, skill-based competency training to the greatest extent possible.
  • Managing and supervising students in the classroom and on the practical floor.
  • Evaluating instruction/learning by means of written, oral practical and performance tests.
  • Maintaining student-oriented approach, and desirable classroom conditions. Checking equipment daily for hazards, ensuring it is maintained and properly repaired.
  • Maintaining accurate and current reports and records regarding student accountability, attendance, and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Graduation from an accredited Cosmetology School or apprenticeship
  • Valid Arizona State anesthetic or Cosmetology Instructor's License (Required)
  • No teaching experience is required but is preferred 
  • Salon experience is preferred for a minimum of 3 years
