Automotive Technician / Apprentice Program - Williams Auto Service

Location: Richmond, VA.
Job Type: Full-time.
Experience Level: C–B Level Technician.
Are you ready to take your skills to the next level?
 Williams Auto Service is looking for one motivated automotive technician to join our Technician Apprentice Program - a hands-on training opportunity designed to develop the next generation of high-level diagnostic and repair professionals.
If you’ve got a few years of shop experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a hunger to learn advanced diagnostics, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
  • Perform maintenance and repair work on a wide range of vehicles.
  • Work side-by-side with experienced master technicians.
  • Learn advanced drivability diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and complex repair strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing technical training and mentorship.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment.
