• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health statuses and craft effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment strategies based on the unique goals and progress of each client.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic methods.
• Deliver teletherapy services via secure platforms to ensure clients receive continuous support, regardless of location.

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse range of adult clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and trauma. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• No history of disciplinary actions by licensure boards.
