Job Summary

Stone Mall is a natural stone distributor serving fabricators, designers, and contractors across South Florida. We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to build our top-of-funnel pipeline and own the client experience in our showroom.

This is a sales role first. You'll spend your day prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team — and you'll also be the first person our walk-in clients meet, which makes you the front line of every showroom opportunity.

Sales Development (primary focus)

• Conduct outbound prospecting by phone, email, and text to generate and qualify new leads
• Make daily outbound calls to cold and warm lists, meeting weekly contact quotas
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against established criteria (budget, timeline, decision-maker)
• Schedule and confirm consultations for the sales team and Growth Coordinator
• Follow up persistently on open quotes, warm leads, and past customers to reactivate interest
• Maintain accurate lead and interaction records in our CRM/ERP (Stoneprofits — training provided)
• Track and report outreach metrics: calls made, appointments set, conversion rate
• Work with the sales team to refine scripts, messaging, and follow-up cadence

Front Office

• Greet walk-in clients, designers, and contractors; capture project details and log them as qualified opportunities
• Offer refreshments and keep the showroom, lounge, and coffee bar presentable and well stocked
• Assist clients with entering information into Stoneprofits
• Monitor office and kitchen supplies; coordinate Saturday lunch orders and general office needs

Qualifications / Expectations

• Minimum 1 year of SDR, inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound call center experience — required
• Demonstrated comfort with cold calling and handling objections
• Experience with CRM software (entering, updating, and pulling data from lead records)
• Friendly, professional, customer-focused demeanor for in-person front desk duties
• Strong organizational skills; able to juggle reception duties and outreach targets simultaneously
• Comfortable with performance metrics/quotas tied to outbound activity
• Must be available to work Saturdays — please confirm before applying
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in a clean, presentable office

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Saturday shifts move to a rotating schedule among staff after 90 days)
• Overtime pay applies for Saturdays worked
