Job description

Join a well-established ocean transportation company supporting global logistics and freight operations that offers day one benefits. This role works closely with Account Executives to maintain customer relationships, support sales activities, and ensure smooth service delivery for ocean freight accounts.
* Support assigned accounts by handling customer inquiries and assisting with service coordination
* Maintain customer records, contracts, and account profiles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Assist with sales activities including customer outreach, business development efforts, reporting, and renewal tracking
* Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and support overall account performance
Required Skills & Experience:
* Must have at least 2 years of customer service or sales support experience
* Must have experience working with ocean freight customers or within the ocean transportation industry
* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Additional experience supporting ocean transportation or logistics operations
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
