This role works closely with Account Executives to maintain customer relationships, support sales activities, and ensure smooth service delivery for ocean freight accounts.
* Support assigned accounts by handling customer inquiries and assisting with service coordination
* Maintain customer records, contracts, and account profiles to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
* Assist with sales activities including customer outreach, business development efforts, reporting, and renewal tracking
* Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and support overall account performance
Required Skills & Experience:
* Must have at least 2 years of customer service or sales support experience
* Must have experience working with ocean freight customers or within the ocean transportation industry
* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Additional experience supporting ocean transportation or logistics operations
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
