Possess a demonstrated knowledge of fundamentals and training for track
Ability to run organized practice sessions focusing on skill development and teamwork while also developing an understanding of essential baseball concepts and strategies
Knowledge of NJSIAA rules and regulations
Appropriate Certification required (Will specify upon acceptance of the position)
Ability to work in a team concept
Ability to provide and maintain a positive learning environment with a high standard of conduct
Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, administration, parents and community members
