Clinical Partnership Development AssociateFull Time – RemoteJob Summary

Edcetera is seeking a Clinical Partnership Development Associate for Pulse Radiology Institute, who will develop relationships, build contractual agreements, place students at partner locations and increase engagement with clinical sites for our Magnetic Resonance Imaging students to be placed while pursuing their Associate of Applied Science Degree in MRI. This role will work with the clinical coordination team, admissions, and leadership to achieve the ideal experience for students with Pulse Radiology Institute.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Sales, radiology and sourcing partnerships, in managing the full lifecycle of contractual accounts, and daily pipeline maintenance. The candidate must have knowledge within the field of radiologic sciences, a hunter mindset, scout new locations, and have relationship building and effective communication as well as demonstrate a high level of task ownership and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieves and converts company clinical site targets, including our outside business partnership locations
  • Identifies B2B opportunities by staying informed on radiology demands, regulatory changes, and industry announcements
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, sales prospecting tools, and online research
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and prospecting business relationships with clinical sites
  • Relationship maintenance through the full lifecycle of the partnership, including onsite visits, ongoing partnership touchpoints, and other strategies
  • Strong understanding of radiology, company products or services, as well as market position to keep business competitive
  • Problem-solve customer friction points and overcome objections
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional peers, clinical site staff, and leaders
  • Maintain clinical site pipeline and track leads effectively
  • Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with radiology providers which may include partnership pitches, clinical use cases, presentations and/or reference materials that support the establishment of student clinical training sites.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Generate reports as necessary to assess clinical placement rates and partnership program effectiveness
  • Communicate data, feedback, and areas of improvement to relevant stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned
  • 20-30% travel required
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Radiography, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years in Sales, Business Development, or a similar field
  • 1+ years in Radiology or Radiology Education
  • Ability to build lasting business partnerships
  • Excels at leveraging influence across multiple channels
  • Identify partnership opportunities and quickly connect with decision makers
  • Demonstrated resilience, resourcefulness, and ability to move prospective clinical sites through the partnership development cycle
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, students and clients
