Job description

Indo-Pacific Solution Architect, Senior Manager
The Opportunity:
Serve as a leader in Booz Allen's Indo-Pacific Technology Team and assist the company's efforts to accelerate the development and integration of defense technology capabilities in support of regional missions' success. Introduce and translate the latest emerging technologies such as AI/ML, physical AI, Edge Computing, Wargaming and Simulation, and Autonomy into innovation strategy and solutions. Engage in Booz Allen's advanced technology functional agenda, with an emphasis on applied AI, to educate colleagues and clients on the appropriate and ethical use of these capabilities in accordance with internal and external policies. Provide hands-on for organizational digital transformation architecture from roadmap to implementation and lead the development of solutions to highly complex problems. Work with regional market leaders to identify, shape, and capture strategic technical work. Act as a recognizable leader and change agent to internal and external audiences. This position is located in Honolulu, HI.
You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience working with government agencies solving operational problems using technology
  • 5+ years of experience with leadership in a technology and innovation organization supporting the military mission
  • 5+ years of experience in working with DoW and government agencies solving and deploying technology capabilities into production
  • Experience with evaluating AI/ML maturity and readiness of client organizations through interactive workshops, interviews, and site visits to assist in problem identification and scoping
  • Experience with translating technology from one application to others and communicating highly complex technical information clearly and articulately at all levels and audiences
  • Experience with working on IR&D programs through ideation, engineering, implementation, test, and commercialization activities, leading technology teams of 20+ people, and developing staff
  • Ability to engage with leaders at the senior-most levels on strategic and operational matters
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience working with cloud and edge infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Google, Microsoft and Nvidia
  • Experience working with wargaming and simulation technology such as Nvidia, Unity and Unreal

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
