Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a critical role in designing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other behavioral needs.

Qualifications

  • A master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field, and must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and a team of clinicians to achieve treatment goals.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to maintain appropriate documentation of patient. progress
  • Must maintain certification and adhere to continuing education requirements.
