About the Role:

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a critical role in delivering applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, primarily focusing on children with autism spectrum disorder. This position involves implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to improve clients' social, communication, and learning skills. The RBT works directly with clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics, ensuring consistent and effective therapy sessions. Success in this role requires strong observational skills, patience, and the ability to adapt interventions to meet individual client needs. Minimum Qualifications:
