MUST BE CERTIFIED AS A BEHAVIOR ANALYST to apply (BCaBA/BCBA)

Serving Riverview, Wimauma, St. Pete and/or Tampa, FL

Job Post Description
  • Teaching replacement behavior, acquisition skills and verbal behavior.
  • Work independently by managing caseloads effectively and efficiently. However, training and supervision is provided.
  • Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
  • Develop Behavior Plans to improve behavior.
  • Submissions of required reports in a timely manner.
  • Train and monitor all staff members and/or caregivers on new and existing behavior programs/protocols.
  • Complete behavioral progress reports.
  • Complete service logs/notes, programs, data, graphing and progress on all assigned cases in a timely manner.
  • Attend support plan meetings, supervision meetings or other treatment team meetings.
  • Arrange and schedule sessions with the individual, family or caregivers.
  • Great team player, motivated, positive attitude, excellent work quality, organizational skills and flexible.
  • All other duties asked and required to perform the job.
Candidate Qualification:

  • Certification in BCABA or BCBA required. Do not apply if you're not certified. 
  • Ability to successfully complete Live Scan and Local Law background checks.
  • Complete all required training per APD standards.
  • B.A. or B.S in Psychology or related field required. M.A. or M.S. is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing behavioral programs.
Pay Range: Determined by certification, level, experience and commitment.

  • BCaBA/Level 3 - $30-$40
  • BCBA Level 2 - $40-50
  • BCBA Level 1 - $50-$60
