BFS is looking for Part time and/or Full time BCBAs to service clients throughout Broward County. We will create your caseload around your desired cities within the county (W2 and 1099 options available). Apply now and we will reach out to discuss further.

B.F.S. is positioned to become one of Florida’s largest and most trusted providers of ABA services. We are changing the face of ABA Therapy while improving patient outcomes one relationship at a time.

Your Role

  • Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Updates objectives that have been mastered for both reduction and acquisition as needed
  • Observes the therapist implementing reduction and acquisition program(s) once per week
  • Provides supervision and corrective feedback (e.g., including modeling if necessary)
  • Discusses the client’s progress with caregiver and caregiver concerns
  • Implements caregiver training related to the program objectives
  • Submits reports (e.g., reauthorization and monthly reports) on time
  • Completes daily progress notes
  • Attends monthly meeting with BFS administrative staff
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and schools to share information and implement best practice intervention programs across settings
  • Attend and participate in team meetings where ideas, success stories, and recent research topics are presented for discussion and use in treatment
  • Coordination of care with PCP, Specialists, Other Therapists and Schools

Requirements:

  • Must be an Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst on BACB
  • BACB 8 Hour Supervision Training
  • Master's degree in psychology, education or applied behavior analysis
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Acceptance of philosophy and code of conduct of the Agency
  • Must possess a high level of integrity
  • MUST BE LICENSED
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Medicaid Credentialed is a plus
