Job description

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking dedicated and experienced School Based Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) to support students and educational teams within school districts for the 2026/2027 school year. The School Based LBA is responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans, and providing consultation and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers. 

This role focuses on supporting students with behavioral, social-emotional, and developmental needs by implementing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive student outcomes in the educational setting. Candidates must possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and have experience providing behavioral services within school, pediatric, or educational environments.

What We Offer:

  • Location: Hawai'i, Maui, O'ahu, Kaua'i, Moloka'i, Lana'i, Ni'ihau, Kaho'olawe, Hawaii
  • Tentative Start Date: August 3th, 2026 (First Day of School)
  • Monday - Friday
  • Morning & Day shifts - Monday - Friday, between 7:00am - 4:00pm (Part Time available)
  • Competitive Pay Rate - up to $80+ / Hour
