About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and certified BCBA to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in our team to help children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

Salary: $95 - $125 HOURLY

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior analysis programs for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need

  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans to address problem behaviors

  • Provide on-going supervision and training to junior clinicians

  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency and carryover of skills across settings

  • Conduct data collection and analysis to measure progress and make data-driven decisions

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data and progress

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field

  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
