Location Requirement: Irvine, California (full-time on-site).

What You’ll Own

  • Develop and manage connectors, pipelines, and APIs that integrate AI capabilities into existing business processes.
  • Author clear, structured prompts and systematically evaluate model outputs for accuracy, safety, and performance.
  • Implement and maintain AI guardrails, safety controls, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure responsible and reliable model behavior.
  • Integrate with cloud data platforms including Azure, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric to support AI-driven analytics and reporting.
  • Maintain and enhance existing reports, data connectors, and automation pipelines to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
  • Document AI systems, integration architectures, and operational procedures to support maintainability and knowledge transfer.
  • Stay current with developments in applied AI, LLM tooling, and the Microsoft AI ecosystem to inform technology recommendations.
  • Help define processes and standards in an environment where infrastructure and tooling are actively evolving.
What You Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in applied ML, AI engineering, or data science with at least one LLM application shipped to production.
  • Strong Python skills with demonstrated comfort working with REST APIs, async patterns, and JSON data manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one agentic framework (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or equivalent).
  • Ability to write clear, structured prompts and evaluate model outputs systematically.
  • Experience integrating with cloud data platforms (Azure, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric preferred).
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with real estate software ecosystems (Yardi, Entrata, MRI, RealPage) or financial services data.
  • Experience building document intelligence workflows including OCR, classification, and entity extraction.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Copilot extensibility and the M365 AI ecosystem.
  • Comfort operating in early-stage or infrastructure-light environments where process definition is part of the role.
