The Manager, Sales Applications Engineering will be responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of activities associated with and in support of sales and growth of the HTPG product line. 

This position will serve Rheem North America and our HTPG Division, based in Lawrenceville, GA. This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.

  • Lead Application Engineering group
  • Develop/execute annual business plan for assigned area with detailed specific goals.
  • Formally report status of business plans on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Actively develop and support national accounts in an effort to secure new and replacement business.
  • Coordinate, distribute and follow-up on all product sales leads obtained by the Marketing/Communications groups. 
  • Develop, lead, and conduct refrigeration training for HTPG, both inside and outside of the company on our products, programs, tools and correct refrigeration operations training.
  • Support marketing, sales, and engineering teams in the development, release and maintains of current and new refrigeration tools and products.
  • Support the warranty and after Sales Support teams. 
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others is a matrix team environment.
